You could add more chilli if you like it spicier. Definitely better than a bought jar of sauce. This is the tastiest bolognese I've ever made. But be warned - don't add salt. The stock cube and parmesan will season the sauce and any extra salt may well spoil the dish. So be careful! I added extra celery and carrots.
